Privacy Policy

The short version

To send you an object we need to know who you are and where to send it. That is essentially the whole of it. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no tracker of any kind, and nothing collected here is ever sold, rented or handed to a data broker.

What we collect

• When you order— your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, what you bought, and any note you added to the order.
• When you pay— nothing. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s own form and never touch this site. What comes back to us is a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
• When you write to us— whatever is in the email, kept in the studio’s inbox so a conversation can be picked up later.

Your cart is held in your own browser’s local storage until you check out. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere until you place the order.

What we do with it

Take payment, print the piece, ship it, and tell you what is happening at each step. We email you when the order is placed and again when it is dispatched. We do not send marketing email, so there is no list to be added to and nothing to unsubscribe from.

Who else sees it

Only the services it takes to run a shop, and only the part each one needs:

Razorpay

Takes payment. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own form and never reach RELIC.

Resend

Sends order confirmations and dispatch notices to your email address.

Vercel

Hosts the website and stores product images.

Neon

Runs the database that holds orders, in Singapore.

The courier

Receives your name, address and phone number so the parcel can be delivered.

Beyond those, we share personal information only where the law requires it. There is no other sharing, and no arrangement with anyone to use your details for their own purposes.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. A session cookie exists only on the studio’s own admin pages, to keep whoever is signed in signed in. If you are shopping, you are not being followed around.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as the studio needs them for accounts and for after-sales questions — and where tax law sets a minimum, for that period. Emails are kept while the conversation is useful. If you want your details removed sooner, ask, and anything not legally required to be retained will go.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction to anything wrong, or deletion. Write to relic@lowkeyloud.co from the address you ordered with, and you will get an answer from a person, normally within a few days.

The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Where the data sits

Orders live in a database hosted in Singapore, and the site runs on servers outside India. Placing an order means accepting that your details are processed there. Each service named above is bound by its own agreement to handle that data only as instructed.
