Terms & Conditions
What you agree to when you buy something from RELIC. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Who you are dealing with
RELIC is a Low-Key Loud brand, run from Thrissur, Kerala, India. It is a small studio: objects are 3D printed one at a time and finished by hand. When these terms say “we” or “the studio”, that is who is meant. Using this site or placing an order means you accept what follows.
Everything is made to order
Nothing sold here sits in a warehouse. A piece is printed because you ordered it, which is the whole idea, and it has two consequences worth stating plainly:
- There is a wait. Pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working daysof a cleared payment — the detail is on the shipping page.
- Once a print has started, it cannot be un-started. That is why the cancellation window is short and specific rather than open-ended.
Pieces vary, and that is not a fault
Printed and hand-finished objects differ slightly from one another. Layer lines, small colour shifts between batches, minor variation in finish and in seam placement are normal and are part of how these are made. Photographs on the site show the intent of a piece, not a guarantee of an identical object.
A piece that arrives cracked, warped, incomplete or visibly flawed is a different matter entirely, and is covered by the refund policy.
Orders and prices
- An order becomes binding when payment clears and we send the confirmation email. Until then it is a request.
- We may decline an order — if a piece cannot be printed to standard, if stock or materials have run out, or if the delivery address is one we cannot reach. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any tax that applies. Shipping is quoted separately once we know the delivery address.
- If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we will tell you before printing and you can confirm at the corrected price or take a full refund.
Designs, and who owns them
Catalogue pieces are either developed in the studio or adapted from commercially licensed designs. Buying an object buys you the object. It does not transfer the design, and it does not come with a right to reproduce, resell or redistribute the form — whether by printing copies, casting from it, or publishing files derived from it.
The RELIC name, the slash mark and the photography on this site belong to Low-Key Loud.
Forge commissions
Forge is the studio’s commission route, and it runs on one condition: the design has to be yours to make. By commissioning a piece you confirm that you own the design or hold the rights to have it produced, and that printing it infringes nobody else’s copyright, trademark or design right.
Your design stays yours. We do not resell, reuse or publish a commissioned form without your say-so. In return, we may decline any commission — most often because the rights are unclear, or because the geometry cannot be printed to a standard worth charging for.
Commissions are quoted individually and confirmed over email before anything is printed. Because a commission is made for one person, its cancellation terms are stricter; the refund policy sets them out.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the piece being what it was described as, and for putting it right if it is not. We are not responsible for what happens to it afterwards — a printed object is decorative or light-duty unless a listing says otherwise, and it should not be load-bearing, used as safety equipment, left in direct sun for long periods, or put in a dishwasher. PLA and resin prints soften with heat.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid for the order.
Law, and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Thrissur, Kerala have jurisdiction.
We may update this page — when we do, the date at the top changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered, so a later change cannot alter terms you already bought under.
Talking to a person
Every policy here has an email address behind it. Write to relic@lowkeyloud.co with your order number and you will get a reply from the studio, not a queue.
